Every full-scale floor plan walkthrough session at Unit 105, 2750 22 St NE, Calgary, AB T2E 7L9 is quoted for the plan. Send the plan and the studio replies with a price and a time. Nothing is paid at booking.

## What the quote depends on
- The size of the plan, including the basement, the garage and any outdoor living space
- The kind of project: a house, a suite or addition, a commercial space, or multi-family unit plans
- For multi-family, how many different unit plans you want to walk

## Every session includes
- Two hours in the studio, with your partner, builder or designer along if you like
- Your plans shown at true size on the walkable LED floor, room by room
- Movable walls and studio furniture: sofas, tables, chairs and a bathtub on wheels
- The wall-size elevation screen for exteriors, kitchens and built-ins
- Changes made on the spot, so you can compare versions while standing in them
- A recording of the session to take home and share
