For architects and designers

Present the plan at the size it will be lived in.

Your clients can't read a plan the way you do. On the floor they don't have to: they walk it, you adjust it, and the decisions happen in the room.

What a session does for a design review

It turns a review meeting into a walkthrough.
  • Clients who can finally see it

Room sizes, sightlines and flow stop being abstract. Clients stand in the space and react to it.

  • Elevations to scale

Your elevations go up on a wall-size screen, so window heights and cabinet runs can be judged from inside the plan.

  • Edits during the meeting

Try the change on the floor, compare it with the original, and leave with a decision.

  • Fewer rounds of revisions

Issues that would surface at framing get settled before the permit set.

  • Your files, a recorded review

Send a PDF or DWG. The session is recorded, so what your client agreed to is documented.

Designers already using it

After a first visit in March 2026, Preston Design Co made the studio a standard step in the Deer Creek Custom Homes and Preston Design Co design process.

Keep your 3D model for materials and light. Use the floor for size: in virtual reality, people judge distances at about 74 percent of their real length.

“Blown away at how helpful this would be for all my customers.”

Which file formats work?

PDF or DWG for the floor plans, plus elevations as PDFs if you want them on the wall-size screen. Send them at least three days ahead.

Can I present to clients without the homeowner being local?

The session happens in the studio, so the people deciding need to be in the room. Everyone else can watch the recording afterwards.

Is it useful for interior design as well as layout?

Yes. Clients can check furniture placement, clearances and the view from each room while standing in it.
