The studio is on the ground floor of 2750 22 St NE. Unit 105 has a glass door marked with the 1to1 Plans logo. The building has its own parking lot, including wheelchair-accessible parking.
Sessions are by appointment, so the plans are loaded and the floor is ready when you arrive.

The front of the unit is a bright lounge with armchairs and a coffee bar. The studio itself is a dark room behind it, so the plan on the floor and the screen on the wall are easy to see.

Every day from 9 am to 5 pm, by appointment only. Book ahead so the plans are loaded and the studio is set up when you arrive.

The plan is drawn in light on the floor and the elevations are shown on a bright screen. If moving light or bright screens bother you, mention it when you book.
