Privacy policy

This policy explains what 1to1 Plans Calgary collects through this website and what we do with it. We follow Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act.

What we collect

• Booking and enquiry details you send us: your name, email, phone number, the kind and size of your project, when you'd like to come, and anything you write in the message box.
• Floor plans and drawings you email us before a session.
• Basic visit statistics: which pages are viewed and how people found the site. These are counted without identifying you.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare and run your session, and understand which pages help people. We don't sell your information or use your plans for anything other than your session.

Bookings through Calendly

Online bookings are handled by Calendly, which has its own privacy policy. The booking calendar only loads on this site when you choose to open it.

Where it's stored

Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and emailed to the studio. We keep them for as long as we need them to answer you and keep our business records.

Your choices
