Commercial and multi-family
Walk the space with the people who'll work in it.
Offices, clinics, restaurants, retail units and multi-family plans. Test the layout at full size with your staff before the fit-out, while moving a wall is still free.

What teams check on the floor
Clinics
Treatment rooms, sterilization, staff sightlines and reception: walk the patient route and the staff route and see where they cross.
Restaurants
The path from kitchen to dining room, server stations, and room for wheelchairs between tables.
Retail
Aisle widths and sightlines, tested with the staff who'll stock the shelves.
Offices
Desks, meeting rooms and circulation, at the size the lease drawing says they are.
Multi-family
Walk each unit plan the way a tenant or buyer will. Sessions are priced per unit plan.
Accessibility
Check turning circles, door widths and counter access at full size before construction.

Bigger spaces, same idea
Across the 1to1 Plans network, studios have walked plans as large as an elementary school of more than 200,000 square feet and a city hall of more than 70,000.
Alberta's health system tests new care spaces with full-scale mockups before they're built. The floor gives any business the same test without building the mockup.
Large plans are walked a section at a time, so every room still gets checked at its real size.

Questions
How is commercial pricing set?
By the size of the space, or for multi-family, by how many different unit plans you want to walk. Send the plan for a free quote and the studio replies with a price and a time.
Can the whole team come?
Yes. The more of the people who'll use the space are in the room, the more problems get found on the floor instead of after opening.
Do you handle industrial spaces?
Yes, industrial is one of the project types the studio books.
